Senior Accountant - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities Completes month-end closing processes and weekly processes as assigned. Prepares various journal entries during the monthly financial close. Performs monthly account reconciliations for existing general ledger accounts and structures a reconciliation for new accounts to support the balance(s). Responsible for complex accounting areas, including but not limited to Leases, WIP, Prepaid, Fixed Assets. Ensures timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the consolidated group of G3 companies to foreign parent company. Coordinates intercompany accounting with parent company. Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other required supplemental schedules, along with audited financial statements. Assists with all audit, both internal and external, requests. Creates desktop procedures for areas of responsibility. Demonstrates continuous improvement through process review and refinement. Performs other duties as assigned.
