Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person. Process orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests accurately. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on open issues and provide timely updates to customers. Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
