What’s In It for You $90,000–$110,000 per year (performance-based, uncapped) Real opportunity to earn more as you grow Health, dental, and vision insurance – 100% employee coverage (after 90 days) 401(k) with match: 25% on first 4% invested (after 90 days) 10 paid holidays Plenty of additional paid time off Life insurance Weekly training, ongoing coaching, and strong management support Company van to take home (dispatched from home) Fuel card & company credit card Company uniforms (shirts, coat, hat) Company-issued iPad Clear growth opportunities to advance and earn more Who This Role Is a Great Fit For Someone who: Has at least 2 years of electrical experience (residential, light commercial, or mixed background) Enjoys working with people and serving others Wants each day to be new, different, challenging, and interesting Is ready to step away from repetitive, same-site work Takes pride in quality, safety, and customer experience Wants to grow personally and professionally Responsibilities Solve customer electrical issues—from simple installations to complex troubleshooting Install and service: Light fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, GFCIs Panels, grounding, generators, and more Perform complex troubleshooting and quality control testing Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options Price projects and document work using ServiceTitan on iPad Identify materials and quantities needed for jobs Maintain a safe work environment and leave homes safer than you found them Keep company vehicle clean and well maintained Skills & Requirements 2+ years of hands-on residential services electrical experience Licensed Comfortable working with customers and explaining solutions clearly Strong iPad / technology skills (ServiceTitan experience a plus—we’ll train the right person) Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs Must own hand and power tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass background check, drug test, and MVR High school diploma or GED Attributes We Value Driven and motivated to excel Positive, friendly, and professional Humbly confident and coachable Strong work ethic Detail-oriented Clean-cut and career-minded Enjoys helping others—and it shows Ready for a Fresh Start?
