Retail Floor Lead: Customer Experience & Sales Coach

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Albertville, MN is seeking a part-time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and meet daily sales goals.
You’ll open and close routines, operate POS systems, fulfill OMNI Channel orders, maintain visual displays, review reports, protect assets, and embody the brand culture. Prior retail leadership isn’t required, but a strong customer focus and energy help you succeed.
