Job Summary The Maintenance Manager leads facility upkeep, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance, repair, and system upgrades while managing vendor relationships. Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, ensuring operational efficiency and growth. Monitor and optimize budget performance and maintenance KPIs such as cost per pound. Maintain compliance with USDA, HACCP, and industry sanitation standards. Supervise large‑scale maintenance projects and facility rebuilds. Technical Skills Facility Maintenance & Operations – Managing repairs, upgrades, and vendor coordination. Equipment & Systems Knowledge – Expertise in mechanical systems, refrigeration, electrical wiring, and PLC programming. Regulatory Compliance – In‑depth understanding of HACCP, USDA sanitation guidelines, and pre‑operation checks. Financial Management – Experience in cost analysis and budget oversight. Technical Problem‑Solving – Skilled in welding, pneumatics, motor controls, and other maintenance techniques.
