Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Seattle, WA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 26 weeks
Working hours: Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00)
Total hours: 40

Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is REQUIRED; Cannot be a Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R), Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P), or Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT).
This position is open to LOCAL, NON-LOCAL, and TRUE TRAVEL candidates.
Pediatric Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Seattle, WA ***6-MONTH CONTRACT, with possibility of extending***
Schedule: 4x10hr, 0730-1800 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday // OFF WEDNESDAYS AND WEEKENDS)
Experience: 1 year of experience working as an MA-C in an adult outpatient clinic setting

SET UP AND ASSIST WITH PROCEDURES

Nebulizer Treatments

INJECTIONS

Labeling of specimens
Throat
Urine UA/Clean Catch
Venipuncture

LABORATORY TESTS

Blood Glucose via Glucometer

OFFICE DUTIES

Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests
Telephone Triage

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Administration of TB Test
Follow up phone calls
Rooming Patients
Suture Removal
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: No
Is on-call REQ? No
Will this traveler need to float between like units? No, same location every day
Locals accepted: Yes
