Operations Manager 1305 East TX Staff Full Time Clerical TXRDOF, Canton, TX, US Salary Range: $78,000.00 To $114,400.00 Annually Title: Operations Manager ImmediateSupervisor:DirectorofOperationsManager,Owner Position: Exempt Non-Exempt GeneralJobSummary: Responsibleforallaspectsofday-to-dayoperationsoftwoormoreprojectand/ortwoormorecrews and/or a full locations or line of business and/or an account/ location of high value/activity business. Principaldutiesand Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production. Confirmqualityof workbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day. Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrews. Maintaincontractand/orperformanceschedule. Overseeday-to-dayperformanceofstaff. Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc. Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresandhumanresourcepoliciesandproceduresarebeing followed at all times. Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
