*Position Overview: *

We are seeking a skilled and personable full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Freehold location. Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year of experience and a passion for orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation.

*Key Responsibilities: *

* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and post-surgical needs.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients functional abilities and quality of life.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery.
* Document patient progress accurately and update treatment plans as needed.

*Qualifications: *

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey.
* Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with a focus on orthopedic or post-surgical rehabilitation.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.
* Excellent documentation and time-management skills.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
