Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Benefits

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including:

• Driving exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards
• Leading, coaching, and developing hourly and management team members
• Building a strong culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and service
• Managing labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Analyzing key performance metrics and implementing strategies for growth
• Creating an environment where employees can grow professionally and advance their careers

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
