Work Directly With A Culver's Owner: We have a family of owners, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Uniforms: Free shirt, hat, and pants

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift / carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.
