Join a dynamic and growing team as a Distribution Associate on the 1st shift. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit orders.
• Process and audit company products to fit customer needs.
• Pack products to be shipped.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations.
• Inspect products to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
• Collect cardboard and put into the compactor.
• Sort and count parts.

Essential Skills

• Experience in inventory management.
• Packing and packaging skills.
• Order picking and production experience.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Skills in counting and labeling.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
