Who This Role Is Perfect For This position is ideal for someone who: Recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Services Wants to learn how a successful financial planning firm operates Is interested in eventually building a career in wealth management Is coachable, driven, and eager to grow What You’ll Do Provide administrative support to advisors Assist with client service requests and follow-up Prepare and process paperwork and account documents Maintain accurate client records and systems Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments Handle client communication (phone, email, follow-up) Support new client onboarding Help maintain an organized and professional office environment What You’ll Learn How a boutique financial planning firm operates Client service and relationship management best practices Industry systems, workflows, and processes The foundation for a long‑term career in financial services No Experience Required – We’ll Train You You do not need prior financial industry experience. • 36,000 – $50,000 base salary (entry‑level)
• 3,000 – $5,000 bonus potential
