Orientation

Days 1 and 2 will attend TUKHS 2-day ori. Day 3 is Liberty ori & Clinical ori, Day 4 is continued Clinical ori, Day 5 will be completing computer work, then dismissed to units - varies by unit.

Creds Due

Monday before start date

Notes

Nicotine free facility | Bi-weekly pay | 8 hours no bill ori | Client is allowed the cancelation of one shift per pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the THP. Will provide a minimum 2 hours' notice.
