Audit Manager

As an Audit Manager, you'll lead engagements across a broad middle market client base spanning manufacturing, construction, real estate, private equity, healthcare, technology, not for profit, transportation, retail, architecture and engineering, law firms, family offices, and more. The variety keeps the work interesting, while giving you the flexibility to develop a niche later if that's where your interests take you. You'll work directly with Partners on client strategy and technical matters, lead multiple engagements, mentor the next generation of auditors, and continue building the client relationships that make this level of role so rewarding. The firm is already thinking about its next generation of leaders. If Partnership is something you'd like to achieve one day, those conversations start early. If not, you'll still have every opportunity to continue developing through structured mentoring, at least 40 hours of CPE each year, CPA reimbursement, postgraduate tuition support, and ongoing investment in your professional development. They're looking for a CPA with strong public accounting audit experience, confidence leading multiple engagements, and someone who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering great work for clients.
