We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and cooling systems design. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and the ability to lead technical teams in a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical pumping and cooling systems, particularly for data centers.
• Lead new product development teams, ensuring successful project execution.
• Utilize engineering tools such as PLM and MRP software to enhance project outcomes.
• Conduct total system testing and debugging to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Independently prioritize and manage work based on project requirements.
• Solve technical problems, analyze system risks, and make informed recommendations.
• Coordinate engineering activities and drive project timelines and deliverables.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on mechanical design.
• Experience with pumping systems and plumbing.
• 3+ years of technical project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in using PLM and MRP software.
• Strong understanding of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
• Experience with Solidworks is a plus.
• Experience in data center cooling and heat exchanger systems is preferred.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

The position is based in a manufacturing engineering environment, where you will work with cutting-edge technology and equipment. The role involves collaboration with a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

This is a Permanent position based out of Woburn, MA.

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $160000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
