Town Tavern Green at 1840 Town Park Blvd, Uniontown, OH 44685 is hiring a Restaurant Manager to work directly with ownership overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching team members, analyzing sales and labor numbers, and managing events and promotions. Pay is $45,000-$65,000/year, full-time.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with ownership overseeing day-to-day operations
• Manage events and promotions
• Actively coach and develop team members
• Focus on cleanliness standards
• Analyze sales and labor numbers
• Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
• Execute steps of service standards

What you'll need:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
• 3 years of management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of bartending experience
