National Accounts & Compliance CoordinatorRoto-Rooter is seeking a National Accounts & Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-growing National Accounts team at our corporate headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site, position based out of downtown Cincinnati, OH.The National Accounts & Compliance Coordinator supports the organization's national sales efforts by managing key account setup and maintenance while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external requirements. This role serves as a liaison between sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate data management, and adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations.You will also be provided with company-paid parking at a nearby parking facility.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the setup and maintenance of National Account customers across all required systems and platformsMaintain and monitor multiple compliance portals, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and requirements are current and accurateMaintain and monitor Vendor Management portals.Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming National Sales Leads and inquiries related to national accounts and compliance, routing issues to appropriate teamsCollaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance) to gather and verify required informationTrack and manage compliance deadlines, renewals, and updates to avoid disruptions in businessIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency in account management and compliance trackingCoordinate trade show activities, including event logistics, booth setup, materials preparation, and communication with internal teams and external vendors.Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, compliance, or administrative supportStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) requiredPreferred Skills:Experience working with national accountsFamiliarity with compliance systems, vendor portals, or regulatory documentationAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)BenefitsMedical insurance with a Prescription Drug CardAccident and Critical Illness InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid VacationPaid TrainingLife InsuranceMatching 401K Retirement Savings PlanTuition ReimbursementProfit SharingRoto-Rooter offers excellent career paths for military veterans and personnel transitioning to civilian professions.
