Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to laboring patients in a LDRP setting.
• Conduct labor triage and manage antepartum and postpartum care.
• Utilize AWHONN acuity staffing ratios effectively in patient assignments.
• Assist in OR for C-sections, tubal ligations, and vaginal repairs.
• Attend low-risk newborn deliveries and perform resuscitation.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate and efficient documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Alaska.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of labor and delivery experience required.
• Proficiency in newborn resuscitation and labor triage assessments.
• Experience in OR circulator roles for obstetric procedures.
• Familiarity with GE, Centricity Perinatal, and EPIC systems preferred.
