Call Center Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to communicate with customers, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information about products and services. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating by phone, listens carefully to customer needs, and is eager to develop strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Respond to questions regarding products and services. Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Explain product, service, and promotional information clearly. Assist customers with routine questions and concerns. Follow up with customers when additional assistance is needed. Identify customer interests and potential opportunities for additional products or services. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to the team. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary. Provide a positive and professional experience during every interaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and business objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
