We are seeking a Physician's Assistant to support primary care services through comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis support, treatment planning, and coordinated clinical care. This role will help deliver patient-centered care while maintaining accurate medical documentation and providing clear education to patients.
Responsibilities
* Assess patients and obtain comprehensive medical histories.
* Perform physical examinations and support diagnosis.
* Develop and implement treatment plans.
* Manage prescriptions and perform clinical procedures.
* Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and ongoing care.
* Coordinate care across appropriate healthcare services.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in physician assistant practice.
