A growing health insurance sales & marketing client seeks a hands-on data leader to support analytics projects that impact the sales funnel and multiple product categories. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data science marketing, strong leadership, and proficiency with SQL, Python, and Databricks.

Location: Fort Lee, NJ — Hybrid. Must be comfortable reporting to the C-suite and guiding market segmentation and analysis to shape strategic decisions.
