Job Title Travel RN – Neuro Med Surg (Night Shift) Location Arlington, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: September 15, 2026 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Neuro Med Surg unit with a 6:1 patient ratio Perform and assist with unit procedures including EEGs, EKGs, and bladder scanning Operate and document within a Meditech EMR system Utilize Sara Steady equipment and adhere to unit safety and mobility protocols Participate in on-call rotation as required by unit scheduling Collaborate within a team nursing model alongside charge nurses, RNs, and patient care technicians Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current and valid RN state licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Preferred Experience / Skills Significant experience in a Neuro Med Surg or Stroke specialty setting strongly preferred More than 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred Completion of or familiarity with Stroke Education programs Why Join Us Work alongside an experienced and tenured nursing staff in a collaborative, team-oriented unit environment No floating requirement, allowing you to focus on developing expertise within the Neuro Med Surg specialty throughout your assignment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774626.
