Community Manager - Housing Operations, Leasing & Compliance

Two Plus Four Property Management Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Manager to oversee the operational responsibilities of two affordable housing communities in Warsaw, NY, and Mt. Morris, NY. The ideal candidate will manage communications with residents, handle rent collections, maintain property compliance, and develop marketing strategies. Successful applicants should possess strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and conflict resolution capabilities. A High School Diploma with Real Estate education is preferred. This role requires excellent organization and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
