• Pay Rate: $21.00
• Overnight shift premium: $2.00 per hour automatically applied to hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
• Location: Natick
• Position Type: Full‑time & Part‑time
• Typical shifts: Evening (e.g., 9:00 PM) to early morning (e.g., 6:00 AM)

Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to deliver the highest quality service. Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol. Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with ordering. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back‑of‑house areas. Monitor kitchen operational costs and enforce budget guidelines. Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely, securely, and is fully operational. Conduct briefings with front and back‑of‑house staff before and after service. Ensure all operating and quality standards are met. Present professional and ethical leadership at all times. Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees. Qualifications At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a Quick Service Restaurant or full‑service restaurant. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and strong drive for efficiency and accuracy. Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong team player. Requirements Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for a full shift while working. Must have availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends. Food Manager Certificate required by State, County, or Local Health Departments.
