This group handles complex commercial, class action and financial restructuring litigation for clients operating across industries and jurisdictions. The work is varied, direct and strategy-driven. Role Summary The role includes drafting and responding to complaints, managing discovery, motion practice, trial work and appellate briefing. You will join a litigation team trusted with high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients worldwide, advising on regulatory and compliance issues and litigating when a business resolution cannot be reached. This is an in-office position consistent with firm expectations. Candidate Profile 4–7 years of class action, commercial or financial restructuring litigation experience. Strong writing, research and courtroom skills. Academic credentials consistent with large-firm training.
