OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Albany, NY by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Dispatch nationwide dry-van loads with HMD out of Albany, NY. This OTR solo CDL-A opportunity starts at 65 CPM and typically yields about 2,500 miles weekly. You’ll drive modern trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers, and benefit from dependable in-house maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport dry van freight safely on interstate lanes.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, keep accurate logbooks and secure cargo.
• Work closely with dispatch on routing and delivery timing.
