Pool and In Villa Dining Senior Assistant Manager

About the Role Pool & In-Villa Dining Senior Assistant Manager responsible for daily oversight, leadership, and operational excellence of the pool and in‑villa dining departments. Key Responsibilities Pool Operations: Train, supervise, schedule and discipline pool staff; ensure smooth operations; maintain service standards; anticipate supplies; oversee facility condition; monitor safety; process walk‑outs; maintain cleanliness; inventory. In‑Villa Dining (IVD) Operations: Train, supervise, schedule and discipline IVD staff; ensure accurate service techniques; anticipate supplies; evaluate equipment; inventory; maintain communication. Shared Responsibilities: Understand all food & beverage items; prepare staff schedules; manage payroll; complete paperwork; handle finances; communicate logs; conduct evaluations; promote teamwork; address guest concerns; handle incidents and emergencies; attend meetings; perform other duties. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English. College degree preferred in hospitality or related fields. At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in room service, restaurant, or pools. Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, F&B cost control, labor management, team leadership, maintenance awareness, merchandising and presentation standards.
