Crunch Assistant Manager

The Crunch Assistant Manager in Parsippany, NJ will ensure the members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. He or she will exhibit an ability to achieve the financial targets for the club as outlined in the annual budget by motivating, leading, supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing our member needs. He/She will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand. The Assistant Manager is the master of the telephone inquiry, the tour, and the membership sales pipeline as a whole. A successful Club Manager will hit the ground running to drive new business to the club via corporate memberships, community partnerships, and lead acquisition initiatives.

Reports to: General Manager

Requirements include a 4 year college degree preferred, 4 years management experience required, fitness management experience preferred, and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.

Special Skills include excellent written and verbal communication, creative management techniques, strong organizational skills, strong leadership skills, strong administrative skills, strong customer service skills, and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities include administration/organization, sales/revenue management, operations, financial, leadership/motivation, profit centers, meetings, and accountabilities.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
