Regional Operations Manager - Electrical Transmission Construction

Regional Operations Manager - Electrical Transmission Construction
This position is responsible for the overall management of electrical transmission construction projects in a specific region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects, as well as a strong understanding of the electrical transmission industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing the construction of electrical transmission projects
- Overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensuring that projects meet all safety and regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the construction process
- Working with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical transmission industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
