Job Description JCA Welding & Fabrication is a growing custom steel fabrication company seeking highly motivated individuals for a multiple positions: fabricator/welder (shop and field positions) We fabricate and install a wide variety of products from but not limited to: structural steel, steel stairs, handrails, planters, awnings, steel doors and windows frames, custom architectural products and much more. Alot of unique projects that will challenge and build your skillset! Shop is based between Wimberley and Dripping Springs Majority of field work is in Austin Welding and fabricating functional and decorative pieces Ensure work is up to strict quality standards Working both in shop and on site (depending on position) 3+ years of welding experience ~1+ year steel fabrication experience ~ Pay scale based on experience and performance \nCompany Description We are a family-owned business that specializes in luxury residential homes.
