In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge as a software developer while working alongside excellent mentors in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Be Doing As a Software Developer I, you will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, with a primary focus on web-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable applications. Responsibilities Participate in application development activities, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications. Collaborate with the product team to translate business and user needs into technical solutions. Contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts. Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and support server-side application logic. Help implement and maintain security features and follow secure coding practices. Work with technologies such as NodeJS, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. Engage with modern frameworks and platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Blazor, React, or Angular." Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, solve technical problems, and support continuous improvement. Adhere to best coding practices, development standards, and version control processes. Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and mentorship opportunities to grow technical capability and delivery quality. What Qualifications You’ll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Experience with server-side programming languages. Proficiency with one or more server-side languages such as C#, Java, NodeJS, or Python. Experience with the Microsoft .NET Platform for desktop and web application development. Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and construct effective solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn. Willingness to adapt to new technologies, tools, and team needs. Familiarity with version control systems. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as Blazor, React or Angular." Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
