Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Base salary range: $350,000 - $405,000
• Productivity incentives available

Job Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology
• Board eligibility required within 5 years of completing residency
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
