ServiceNow QA Analyst

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst will validate ServiceNow functionality across ITSM and ITOM capabilities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities Develop and execute test scripts, scenarios, and cases for ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITOM Discovery across various testing phases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with business requirements and project objectives Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, particularly with enterprise ServiceNow implementations Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB Experience in developing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and traceability matrices Strong understanding of various testing methodologies including functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Familiarity with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is considered an asset
