Location: Apple Valley, CA

Job Type: Part-time. Typical windows available:

Flexible scheduling (mix of telehealth and in-person)

Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m -6:00 p.m. (clinicians choose blocks within this range)
Clinicians can set fixed weekly blocks (e.g., M/W/F 10-2 or T/Th 1-6).

Facility: Private outpatient mental-health practice offering in-person and telehealth services.

Patient age: Children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

Expected Patient Load: 10-20 sessions/week

Procedures/Services Provided

• Individual Psychotherapy
• Couples Therapy
• Family Therapy
• (Psychologists) Psychological testing/evaluations as applicable
• Telehealth and in-person appointments

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and couples psychotherapy sessions (in-person or via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plan
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to support continuous growth

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• New Graduates are also accepted.
• Active and valid California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
• Experience serving diverse populations
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
