Role Overview As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to oversee daily front-of-house operations. You will be expected to create and thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining a commanding presence on the floor. Key Responsibilities * Oversee comprehensive day-to-day front-of-house restaurant operations. * Actively engage with guests to provide an exceptional level of service and hospitality. * Coach, train, and mentor staff to ensure continuous professional development. * Utilize precise administrative skills to identify trends and optimize operational efficiency. * Apply a fundamental knowledge of wine and fine dining standards to elevate the guest experience. Qualifications * A minimum of three years of management experience in an upscale dining environment. * A proven track record of achieving financial results and driving revenue. * A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members. * The highest degree of guest orientation, honesty, and integrity. * Confident communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to hospitality.
