Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Cunningham Security is a trusted provider of customized commercial and residential security solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team. As a Finance Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and accounting operations while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answer customer billing questions and resolve account concerns professionally
• Process and post incoming customer payments
• Verify remittance information and payment documentation
• Process accounts payable invoices and expense transactions
• Reconcile purchase orders and maintain accurate parts records
• Update and maintain customer accounts within our CRM system
• Assist with inventory and database accuracy
• Support the Accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude when handling challenging situations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Bookkeeping, billing, accounts payable, or accounting support experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
• Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
