Administer medications with precision while vigilantly monitoring patient response and safety. Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic services to ensure timely and effective treatment. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 month of hire date. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
