Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including long-term care residents and short-stay rehabilitation patients

• Assess patients' medical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and respond to emergencies as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and medication administration records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

• Current licensure as a RN or LPN/LVN in the state of Florida

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and populations

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
