Non-profit health system in a warm, welcoming East Texas community is seeking 3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians in the Texarkana, Longview, and Tyler areas (just 2 hours from Dallas and Little Rock). Words can’t describe how wonderful these people are!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income guarantee, $260k - $265k / year starting base. then $300,000 - $350,000 / year after year 1. Large catchment for 400,000 people
• $50,000 - $75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment
• $24k/yr residency stiped

Job/Practice Description:  

• 8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs
• Schedule – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
• 100% Outpatient
• Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
• Abridge AI integrates with EPIC EMR to do all your notes for you!!
