Key Responsibilities

* Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.

* Complete all required inspections and documentation.

* Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.

* Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.

* Maintain a clean truck and work environment.

* Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.

* Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.

* Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.

Requirements

* Strong communication and comprehension skills.

* Ability to use basic hand tools.

* Flexible schedule availability.

* Must pass all pre?employment screenings.

* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

* Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.

* Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Qualifications

* Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card (required).

* Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.

* Ready-mix experience a plus.
