Foster Insurance Services in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This position is available full-time or part-time and offers an opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry. The role involves working directly with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored coverage solutions, and deliver a high level of customer service. No prior insurance experience is required, as we provide training, mentorship, and support to help you become licensed and successful in the role. Compensation includes a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission, along with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement based on performance. Agents make between $55k-$120k per year.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

Generate and follow up on leads through phone, in-person, and digital communication

Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective clients

Close sales and meet or exceed individual production goals

Maintain accurate and detailed client records in agency systems

Provide ongoing customer support, including policy changes and renewals

Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development activities

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Ability to obtain an Arizona Property Casualty insurance license (required; training provided)

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
