Qualifications A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN. Hands‑on nursing experience as an RN. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN. Strong interpersonal skills as an RN. Good computer skills. Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN. Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN. Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re‑evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN. Provide hands‑on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician as an RN.
