We are a global team focused on disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, who care deeply about our impact on communities and the wider world.Responsibilities:Partner with Underwriting and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to support the ongoing expansion of A&H product offerings and pricing capabilitiesLead quarterly portfolio reviews and experience analyses to monitor performance and identify emerging trendsSupport the annual A&H planning process including ELR picksLead pricing for new and renewal business in collaboration with UnderwritingDevelop, enhance, and maintain A&H pricing models and toolsPartner with A&H management to evaluate new business opportunities and support growth initiativesPrepare and maintain actuarial databases to support pricing and reporting needsWork with external consultants on filing-related matters as neededManage and mentor two direct reportsThe base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $185,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
