Experience: 2+ years of ER nursing

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI (preferred; required for some units)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assist with triage, stabilization, and treatment planning
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards on night shifts
• Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Participate in emergency response and relief efforts as assigned
• Support departmental needs during holiday periods and special events

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or commensurate state
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Expertise in Epic electronic medical record system
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to work 2 of 4 major holidays annually

Preferred:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Experience in emergency or trauma units
• Flexibility in responding to emergency team assignments
