Mandatory Experience: Job Title: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse - Nights

Schedule: 3x12's / 36 Hours / Every Other Weekend

Estimated Patient Ratios: 1:1-2

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience.

EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Certifications Required: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, AHA Certifications only

Skills Required: Proficient in IV start

Experience with telemetry

Competency with ventilators

Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel nursing experience

Proficiency in EPIC documentation system

Specialized Experience in: Multisystem Organ Failure

Respiratory Failure

COVID

Sepsis

Post-Cardiac Arrest

Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)

Liver Failure

Renal Failure

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia

Externalized IV Pumps for COVID+ Patients

Special Equipment Knowledge: NxStage CRRT

Alaris IV Pump

GE Cardiac Monitor

GE Ventilator

Boom Lift in Each Patient Room
