University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aids. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their daily activities, helping to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence. This position is based in Yale, MI, and offers competitive hourly wages paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders and follow care plans as directed
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is an asset, but NOT required
• Ability to communicate effectively and with compassion
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Pass background checks
• Certified in CPR and First Aid is a plus
