Job Description

·         Provide comprehensive support for cost accounting, operational reporting, and inventory accounting functions

·         Conduct financial analysis for the company's manufacturing and service operations

·         Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller to support financial reporting activities

·         Process vendor invoices, manage weekly check runs, and facilitate ACH payments and wire transfers

·         Prepare monthly journal entries and perform general ledger account reconciliations

·         Support internal and external audit requests to ensure compliance and accuracy

·         Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities to drive strategic financial planning

 

Key Requirements 

·                     Demonstrated experience in manufacturing cost accounting

·                     Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

·                     Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision

·                     BS degree preferred
