Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Driftwood Healthcare Center-Hayward. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory interventions and treatments to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort.

ResponsibilitiesProvide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilation management.
Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans in collaboration with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of respiratory equipment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field; either degree is welcome.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
