Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Maintain expert knowledge of the vehicle lineup, features, and competitive advantages. Build lasting relationships through follow-up, communication, and exceptional service. Meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the dealership’s standard of excellence. Collaborate with management and team members to ensure client satisfaction and dealership success. Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process. Follow up on all sales leads and promptly and accurately record all client communication. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and technical changes in the product. Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies. Explain product performance and benefits to our clients. Follow up with unsold clients, utilizing proper forms of communication. Present pricing including leasing and financing payments. Qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Proven ability to build relationships and deliver top-tier customer service. Self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team goals. Valid driver’s license with three years of clean driving experience.
