May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.Note: Position reports into office 4x per week. Must live a commutable distance from one of the following locations - Jacksonville, FL; Charlotte, NC; Mount Laurel, NJ; Greenville, SC; Lewiston, ME; or Portland, ME.Department Overview:As part of the 1A Oversight team, team members are responsible for executing a broad range of oversight activities supporting the subservicing relationship. Key responsibilities include business continuity oversight, issue management, audit and examination coordination, policy and procedure governance, records retention, and GSE/Investor/Regulatory 1B oversight. The role requires regular collaboration with TD’s subservicing partner and cross-functional engagement with internal business partners across multiple lines of business.
